my first shopping trip

Last week i signed up for my very first mail coupons! I started receiving them a few days later and sat down to match my coupons with the weekly sales flyers! I was excited and I still am! You can also price match from another store at Walmart, so the savings can be huge!

My first shopping trip was quite a success in my eyes, paying only 48% of the original prices! I used only a few coupons this time as i was nervous about how it all worked!

In Australia, the advertised price of a product already includes all the tax that you will pay, no guessing or calculating as you go. Here in Canada you add the tax at the check out, so i have included the tax i paid so  you can see 'actual' prices i ended up paying and in brackets the advertised price before tax.
